U.S authorities know Osama bin Laden is a sick man and and where he is hiding. But they cant apprehend him because they have a deal that not only covers his safety but also sending him doctors and medicine. In return, he hands them problem terrorists who are rushed to places like Guantánamo Bay. Other conditions include that Osama may not live in a U.S or European, Saudi Arabia and other cities.
